India’s First SIP IP VOIP phone launched

MINDS (India) Pvt. Ltd has introduced the LevelOne VOI-7000 SIP IP VoIP phone in India. The device incorporates SIP to establish real-time communication network in IP networks where a single session contains any combination of voice, audio, video and audio files media. 

 

 

The VOI-7000 has all the features of a normal VOI phone with more functionalities, with which more media can be transferred in one session at the same time.

 

The device features a 2×16 LCD screen that displays caller ID, dialled numbers and speed dial entries. The screen is also comes useful when setting the SIP account and connecting to the Internet. Besides, alternative configuration can be done from a Web browser.
 

The VOI-7000 from LevelOne is installed to an IP network by plugging the network to a Cat5 cable directly from an ADSL router or switch to the RJ 45 Ethernet plug on the phone and another Cat5 extension cable to the computer or notebook.
 

Also by using LevelOne IP PBX systems, it is possible to assign extension number to a large group that will always be in touch regardless of location.
 

The device is price at Rs 5850 and comes with a one-year warranty.
