Hotmail E-mail delivery notification

If you send an e-mail to someone through MSN and want to know that whether that person read your mail or not just type .confirm.to at the end of the his/her e-mail address.
 
 for example: Bill@hotmail.com.confirm.to
 
 When that person would open your mail you’ll get a notice in your inbox that your e-mail has been read by that person.
